Ladders connection foundation is non-governmental organization with wealth knowledge and success in the community. We have some of the most experienced peer educators, communication officer, organization audits to help in the work of the organization. ladder connection foundation develops and sustains unique multi-stakeholder initiative designed to ensure that youth and women are treated with dignity, all rights are respected,and all have the opportunity to freely pursue their full human potential. Involving diverse partners, these initiatives emphasize both grassroots action and international advocacy.

Ladder connection foundation was found in 2022 and is a registered with National Bureau for Non-Governmental Organizations. it is based in the Busoga sub-region. Our organization thematic areas include: Community mobilization and mindset change, empowerment of young and women and addressing teenage pregnancy and environment stewardship in women’s empowerment and increasing gender inequality.

Education
Education is Transformational; we aim to achieve sustained, measurable improvements in learning outcomes and skills development through Strengthen systems and develop capacity in local institutions and Promote equity and inclusion.
Wash and Sanitation
Ladder connection works to ensure that people around the world have equitable, sustainable and affordable access to wash and sanitation services. We do so by supporting our Societies to deliver effective emergency, recovery and long-term WASH programmes.
Nutrition
Nutrition is a critical part of health and development. Better nutrition is related to improved infant, child and maternal health, stronger immune systems, safer pregnancy and childbirth, lower risk of non-communicable diseases (such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease), and longevity.
Health
We promote health, which is more than just fighting disease. It’s a holistic perspective on the prevention of illness and disability. The goal of Health is to end preventable child deaths and promote the healthy growth and development of all children in the first decade of their life.
